Personally, I wouldn't take each other's side since in the first place it is Cebu Pacific's fault. Why in the world they still handle passenger's baggage that way? Reminds of our fragile baggage when my wife took CebuPac when she went home.
Second entity that I'd like to blame is the NAIA admin for not ensuring that CCTV's from that area are working. What a shame!
Anyway, the good thing about us Pinoys is, we still find time to make fun of any serious matters.
